With the development of economy,the scale of industrial production is getting bigger and bigger,and then the demand for energy resources is increasing,and the cost of enterprises is increasing.In addition,with the industrial production scale gradually increased and its production process is more and more complex,so the enterprise complex industrial control and optimization technology more and more attention,and TE process is Tennessee-Eastman Chemical Company actual production process Simulation,including the main control unit in the industry,such as the reactor,gas-liquid separator and stripping tower,so the optimization of the TE process control technology has gradually become a new focus in the field of operational optimization.Based on the deep process of TE chemical process,the modeling and optimization of TE process are completed.Then,on the basis of SIMATIC PCS7 software system,the concrete design and calculation function of MATLAB simulation software are used to complete the TE chemical process The Construction of Simulation System.In this paper,the process object and control loop of TE model are analyzed systematically.Then,the mechanism model of each model of TE model is completed by using CFC block,SCL programming language and MATLAB software in PCS7 software,including reactor system,condenser system,gas Liquid separator system,stripper system,etc.,and then according to the characteristics of each subsystem object,the design of the control loop ratio,cascade,divided into basic PID control strategy.Finally,based on Siemens IPC,the WinAC software is used as the controller and the PCS7 system to build the control loop.Then,the MATLAB software is used as the auxiliary calculation tool,and the fully integrated simulation system is established.In the design of the simulation system,the paper also introduces the model based on the idea of the model,and introduces the module code generation technology and the TE model integration technology in MATLAB.The software is also used to monitor the model The configuration,simulation interface friendly and beautiful,not only can be real-time simulation,but also the data history curve analysis.Finally,the parameters of the reactor control loop are optimized by PID TUNER through the experimental analysis of the simulation system.After optimization,the system has a significant improvement in the fast response characteristics and anti-jamming capability.This TE chemical process optimization control simulation system provides a good platform for the study of the control algorithm,the verification control strategy and the on-site staff simulation training.The device control scheme design and fault diagnosis can also be verified on the basis of this platform.Especially for the chemical industry researcher Site conditions and evaluation of system performance is of great significance.
