In view of the toy design idea is based on “children-centered”, the importance of development of multiple intelligences and the design of children toys develop as the paper's research objectives. Through conducting research about toys sales market,summarizing design ideas and structural elements of children toys in market and understanding each family requirement for toys. The paper combines several subjects and Theory of Multiple Intelligences to conduct empirical investigation, to analyze the psychological and behavioral characteristics of children cognitive competence, to describe game plays a very important role of children education, to point out significances of toy design need to adapt to children game behavioral characteristics.Toy design should achieve the function of children's overall quality education and investigate desires of parents. Paper based on emotional experiences, providing directions for toy designers and parents. Paper generalizes essential points and researches of toy design and then proposing the developing methods of toy design that are suitable for children emotional experiences, and alsoproviding scientific and reasonable references and foundations.
