| Made in China going global needs a great number of skilled talents,and those are trained by the vocational education for the society.At present,China’s vocational education is in its developing phrase,and China is vigorously developing it.However,the vocational education students today have poor foundation of cultural courses,low enthusiasm for learning,addiction to mobile phones,lacking career planning.Students’ learning attitude is not correct,and their skill level is not up to the standard.After graduation,they can’t meet the needs of the society for skilled talents.Students learning interest is not high ultimately because the teaching methods are not novel enough and the traditional teaching methods can’t stimulate students’ potential.After the theory of multiple intelligences has been applied,it has a great help to solve this problem.The discussions in this paper are based on the locksmith training.Locksmith training is characterized by dull,hard repetitive training and students are not interested in it.After the application of Multiple Intelligences Theory in locksmith training teaching,students’ learning enthusiasm has significantly improved.The teaching task can be accomplished efficiently,gaining a better teaching result.This paper is divided into five chapters to explore the application of that.The first chapter is the introduction.The research background,the significance,the purpose and the method of the research are analyzed in this article First,and the overall structure is described.The second chapter is the theoretical research.The content of this theory is elaborated,and the famous foreign educational theories and the theory of multiple intelligences are compared.The third chapter is the locksmith practical training teaching design which the theory has been used.According to the results of the students’ investigation,the teaching content,plan,method and so on are designed.The effective teaching evaluation method has been formulated.Chapter Four is the implementation of the theory.This paper lists nine applications.Chapter Five is the analysis and summary of the research results.The conclusions are drawn through the analysis of the students’ researches.In this paper,literature research,investigation,observation and experimental research are used.Taking the Class of 2015 Machine Repair and the Class of 2015 Mechanical and Electrical as the research objects,learning affects have been comprehensively evaluated in some aspects,such as arousing students’ learning interest,improving students’ learning abilities,employment guidance,etc.After three years of studying at school,most students can correctly locate themselves and find suitable jobs.Experimental research shows that the application of the theory of Multiple Intelligences can significantly enhance students’ learning interest,learning willingness and skill levels.The results show that it is feasible to apply it into mechanical courses in vocational colleges. |
