By constructing accounting and evaluation system for the energy and water footprint of cotton textile industry,select four sample firms that the spinning,weaving,dyeing and finishing sector located in the textile industry chain to calculate its energy and water consumption of products in this study.By comparing accounting results with transverse and longitudinal evaluation indexes,identify the stages of high energy consumption,high water consumption in sample enterprises.On this basis,combined with investment,output,back to this period,industrial environment,energy-saving and water-saving effect of all kinds of advanced technical equipment,in order to develop feasible technical improvement schemes.The research results showed:(1)The energy consumption on textile industry mainly concentrated in the rotor spinning stage of spinning sectors and sizing,weaving stage of weaving sectors,thus weaving and spinning sectors should become the key to save energy.Special energy-saving measures: Small rotor spinning enterprises,as represented by plant A,should choose energy-efficient rotor spinning equipment,due to the advanced equipment investment and back to this period are within the tolerance range of local businesses,and electricity consumption per unit of product from advanced equipment will save nearly 30%.Small weaving enterprises,represented by plant B,should rely on financial support from government and technical guidance from research institutes in upgrading equipment.(2)The water consumption on textile industry mainly concentrated in dyeing and finishing sector,thus it's essential to save water for textile industry.Special watersaving measures: desizing,scouring and bleaching should adopt the biological enzymes to process cotton fabric replacing caustic soda,while there are certain difficulties in application process due to higher cost of the biological enzymes.Dyeing should adopt pad dyeing instead of jig dyeing,water-saving can be achieved from about 40 t / ten thousand meters fabric.Optimizing cotton fabric dyeing order and establishing a reasonable production management system can save dyeing water to the extent.
