Nowadays,it has been widely used in the fields of optical switch,information storage,color changing glasses and so on.Spiropyran compounds are typical photochromic compounds,as photochromic materials,photochromic properties and good thermal stability.Because of various advantages of spiropyran compounds has become a hotspot in photochromic materials.The spiropyran photochromic material has good fade rate attracted people's attention,but the research reports about the spiropyran grafted silicone oil containing hydrogen is not many.Spiropyran and silicone oil containing hydrogen polymerization can greatly improve the thermal stability of photochromic materials,can make the light application of electrochromic materials on various surfaces or other aspects.A containing spiropyran photochromic unit containing hydrogen silicone polymer has been synthesized.The research content is divided into two parts:The first part is the synthesis and characterization of novel spiropyran compounds,the spiropyran compounds with double bond with hydrogen containing silicone oil by hydrosilylation of grafted polymers as.According to the principle of the aldol condensation,a novel spiropyran compounds were synthesized using 1--2,3,3-three allyl methyl indoline and 5-chlorine Salicylaldehyde: 1-Allyl-6-chloride [2H-1-benzopyran-2,2'-indoline].The yield of the product was 56%.The product is a new type of Light Induced Discoloration compound.The reaction conditions are mild and easy to control.The spiropyran compounds containing double bonds by the hydrosilylation reaction,the compounds of double bonds and poly silicon hydrogen bond active methyl hydrogen siloxane for reaction,formation of spiropyran grafted silicone polymer model.The molecular weight of the polymer was determined by gel permeation chromatography: Mw:59094,Mn:41482,Mw/ Mn:1.425.This paper mainly uses NMR,and IR,GPC and other analytical methods for the synthesis of new compounds were confirmed by the structure.In the second part,the properties of the synthesized polymers were studied.The UV absorption spectrum detection was carried out.First,the thermal stability of the polymer was tested.The polymer was measured from 245.3? to 552.4 ?and the mass loss was 78.72%.So it can be seen that the polymer has better thermal stability.In the measurement of the spectral properties of the polymer,the molar extinction coefficient,the molar extinction coefficient of the polymer was obtained 0.224×106 L /?mol·cm?.With the increase of the time of light,the visible light can be observed from the light yellow to colorless,UV absorption spectrum also changes.After the light stopped,the solution color reversibility of the recovery of light yellow.Selective experiments of metal ions were made.After the addition of Fe3+,Ce3+,Fe2+,the polymer solution is changed from colorless to yellow.A new absorption peak appeared in the visible region.The properties of selective recognition of Ce3+,Fe3+ and Fe2+ are found in polymers.At the same time,the detection limit of the polymer in the detection of Fe3+ concentration was obtained,and the lower limit of detection of Fe3+ solution was 2×10-5mol/L.This paper tested the polymer in the detection of metal ions Ce3+,Fe3+,interference of other metal ions Fe2+,found in addition to other metal ions,the maximum absorption wavelength does not change,can draw the polymer has very good anti-interference performance.At the same time,the optical properties of the polymer under different acid and alkali conditions were tested,and the pH response properties of the polymer were found.
