Conductive composite fabric based on polythiophene and its derivative has the conductive property of metal and the processing property of polymer material,and has the advantages of light weight,good toughness,good environmental stability and easy adjustment of electric conductivity.Therefore,the composite fabric has great potential for application prospects in the field of shielding,electrochromic,super capacitors and so on.In this paper,polythiophene and its derivative/polyester composite fabric were prepared.On the basis of this,the composite fabric of carbon nanotubes/polythiophene and its derivative/polyester was also prepared.The effect of surface structure of composite fabric on conductivity and conductivity stability(environmental stability,abrasion and domestic laundering resistance,thermal stability)was tested and discussed,which provides valuable references for theoretical research and application of conductive fabrics.Firstly,polythiophene/polyester(PTh/PET)conductive composite fabric was prepared by the way of in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization-doped.The influences of molar ratio of anhydrous ferric chloride to thiophene,thiophene concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and the concentration of hydrochloric acid on the conductive and weight gain of PTh/PET composite fabric were analysed.The results showed that when molar ratio of anhydrous ferric chloride to thiophene was 4:1,thiophene concentration was 0.17mol/L,reaction at 20? for 20 min with 1mol/L hydrochloric acid doped,the conductivity was best with the weight gain being 14%,the surface resistance being 10.4k?/?.It was found that the composite fabric has good environment and abrasion stability,but its resistance to domestic laundering is poor;Ethanol could reduce the polythiophene on the surface of PTh/PET composite fabric,which was changed from oxidized state to reduced and the conjugated structure was destroyed,so the color of PTh changed from dark red to scarlet and its conductivity decreased obviously;Considering the conductivity of composite fabric and the actual application,hydrochloric acid is a suitable dopant for preparing PTh/PET composite fabric.Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)can form a stable structure by ?-? non-covalent bonds with ?-electron-containing conducting polymers,which not only have high conductivity but also have good conductivity stability.CNT/PET composite fabric was prepared by impregnation-drying method,and CNT/PTh/PET composite fabric was prepared on the basis of CNT/PET composite fabric.It was found that the conductive particles on the surface of CNT/PTh/PET composite fabric were spreading and compact.Compared with PTh/PET,CNT/PTh/PET composite fabric have the same weight gain rate,its conductivity is increased by one order of magnitude,and the domestic laundering resistance is also improved;Compared with the CNT/PET composite fabric,CNT/PTh/PET composite fabric have higher weight gain rate and lower conductivity,but it has better environmental stability,resistance to domestic laundering and rubbing abrasion,especially wet abrasion resistance.Finally,a typical polythiophene derivative,poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT),was studied.In this paper,the PEDOT/PET composite fabric was prepared by in-situ polymerization and impregnation-drying method.It was found that the surface of the composite fabric prepared by in situ polymerization was granulated and the surface of the composite fabric prepared by impregnation-drying method was film.Because the continuous film can form a better conductive network,so the PEDOT/PET composite fabric prepared by impregnation-drying method has better conductivity.The CNT/PEDOT/PET composite fabric was prepared by impregnation-drying method on the basis of CNT/PET fabric.It was found that surface structure of CNT/PTh/PET composite fabric is more uniform and compact;The complex of CNT and PEDOT exhibited higher electrical conductivity than CNT or PEDOT alone,and they formed the CNT/PEDOT/PET composite fabric,which is has better conductivity stability at 25? and 60?,and has better resistance to humidity,domestic laundering and abrasion,especially wet abrasion than CNT/PET and PEDOT/PET composite fabrics.
