Poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)fabric is one of the largest varieties of synthetic.fiber whose development was rapidly since it was invented.China has become a global polyester fiber production country.With the development of PET fabric,its modification technology is growing,people has always been focusing on its diversification,new type,high functional and high-performance modification.Since PET fabric has excellent comprehensive performance,the functiornal modification of PET fabric is widely researched.This article is emphasis on the study of hydrophobic conductive modification on PET fabric.In this paper,based on the homogeneous coating method modified PET fabric,adding carbon black particles to make PET fabric conductive.The influence of PET and.CB content in homogenous coating on the conductivity of the fabric was studied.The CB homogenous coating own a surface resistance of several hundred ohm,resistance to water washing property,the thermodynamic property,mechanical property and.durability of the conductive were also studied.The experimental results show.that polyester fabric has good mechanical properties,heat resistance and resistance to water washing property.On the basis of the homogeneous coating,based on the principle of solvent induced crystallization,a rough surface with micro/nano structure was prepared by the method of dissolution-precipitation,making the PET fabric own hydrophobic property.The influence of PET content and solvent treatment time on the hydrophobic property of the fabric was studied.The experimental results show that the water contact angle(WCA)of polyester fabric reaches about 140°,and it has good heat resistance and mechanical properties.On the basis of the homogeneous conductive coating PET fabric,we prepared good performance hydrophobic conductive PET fabric by adopting above dissolution-precipitation method.The influence of the content of PET and CB,the solvent treatment on the hydrophobic conductive properties were studied and the best optimal treatment technology was obtained.We got hydrophobic conductive PET fabric with surface resistance of 1 0?2?,WCA of 140°.On the basis of the above hydrophobic conductive PET fabric,the hydrophobic property of the fabric is improved by controlling the solvent induced crystallization process.The effect of solvent treatment temperature,solvent concentration and solvent treatment time on the hydrophobic property of conductive polyester fabric was explored.The experimental results show that the best temperature of solvent treatment is at 55?-65?,when the solvent is treated by pure solvent or the proportion of the solvent and the water is 10:1,the hydrophobic property of the fabric is improved and the WCA can achieve 150°.
