In the mechanical transmission,the gear is an important foundation for a large number and a wide range,widely used in automobiles,ships,vehicles,engineering machinery,mining equipment,power generation equipment,wind power equipment,aerospace,military and other fields etc.The gear CNC cutting processing machine is the only choice to meet the high precision,high efficiency and complex shape gear cutting processing requirements,has an important position and role,and the gear control CNC system is its core.This paper is designed based on the high-performance embedded software and hardware platform of ARM+DSP+FPGA design.The open system platform suitable for gear NC machining cutting,has high performance,low power consumption,high reliability and strong stability characteristics,can be cut in the structure,not only adapt to multi channel,high speed interpolation needs,and adapt to different application environment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Completed the system of hardware platform.Researched this system of EP9315 as the main CPU chip of three CPUs hardware platform.2.Researched the system of Software platform.Completed the software driven by cutting Windows CE6.0(Win CE6.0)as an embedded operating system,the main work is customized and cutting Win CE6.0 operating system,Boot Loader design,serial port and USB port driver development,etc.3.Completed the hardware design of Field Bus of Guangzhou CNC Equipment Co.,Ltd.GSK-Link.After the design of the system is completed,the CNC system was installed on the YS3118CNC5 hobbing machine.The standard spur gear machined by the hobbing machine can reach precision requirement.The experimental result was fully proved that the CNC system was reliable,practicable and high-precision in the actual engineering application.
