With the proposal of Made-in-China 2025,the concept of intelligent manufacturing has penetrated into all walks of life,especially manufacturing industry.The demand for automation,intelligence and high efficiency in industrial production has been constantly increasing.The share of Intelligent Manufacturing in industrial production has been rising steadily,especially in the field of numerical control.With the development of microelectronics technology and chip technology,the development of industrial embedded technology has made great progress.Embedded systems are widely used in industrial control systems because of their strong specialty,simplicity and high timeliness.WEDM plays an important role in the field of special manufacturing because it has no obvious cutting force,non-contact processing,and its processing performance has nothing to do with the hardness of materials.Based on the existing embedded WEDM NC programming system software in the laboratory.This Dissertation analyses the automation and intellectualization requirements of industrial application software.The software uses Windows CE as the operating system of WEDM CAD/CAM software,and chooses the corresponding hardware motion controller for secondary development to realize the automatic processing of embedded WEDM system.Through controlling and supervising the movement of hardware system and modular design of software for hardware function,the automatic and intelligent control is realized,and the embedded WEDM CNC system based on Windows CE is completed.Based on the existing software and hardware of the laboratory,this paper analyzed the control function requirements of the WEDM CNC system,and realized their respective control requirements from the two levels of software and hardware.Hardware level: select ARM6410 development board to carry Windows CE 6.0 as the main control system,select the motion controller supporting Windows CE development to realize the motion control of machine tool workbench;use the power source developed by the laboratory;start-stop,commutation and speed change of wire-moving system and start-stop control of working fluid system;use special frequency converter for wire-cutting to assist completion,frequency converter It can also realize such operations as wire breakage protection,power failure and shutdown,and protect machine tools and power supply systems.Software level: Using VS2005 and related plug-ins to build the development environment of Windows CE6.0,install simulator,complete the integration of development and test on PC side,and generate execution files which can be applied to development board;After transplanting and completing the existing software,analyzing the functional modules,according to the actual control needs,using the function library provided by motion controller to carry out secondary development to realize the movement.Function detection software and WEDM motion control function,the development mode of combining hardware and software,make the software function more practical in industrial control.Starting from the requirement of industrial control,this paper analyses the functional requirements of software and hardware in order to realize the automatic control of WEDM,completes the configuration of hardware and software design,and develops the embedded control system of WEDM.The system takes ARM development board with Windows CE operating system as the main control system,motion controller as motion control equipment,frequency converter as auxiliary equipment,and realizes the automatic and intelligent control of WEDM.
