At present, foundry enterprises exist a widespread disjointed phenomenon between their casting quality and technics, manufacturing; Foundry enterprises' traditional management mode is lack of an effective mechanism to restrain related quality inspection, technics design and producing management process, and even the quality information fails to be feed back to the technics, producing, as a result, these problems contribute to the unstable casting quality, disjunction between technics and actual production in the workshops, quality inspection is not timely, defects found late, etc. However, there are too little research on the collaborative management of foundry enterprises casting quality and technics, manufacturing. In order to solve these problems above, in this paper, based on the Huazhu ERP, combining the idea of collaborative management, to analysis the need of enterprises and build model, come up with a scheme about collaborative management of foundry enterprises casting quality and technics, manufacturing, and devote it into the foundry enterprises, hope that foundry enterprises can enhance the quality of casting in the application of this scheme.First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of the research on casting management information system and collaborative management, expounding the necessity of collaborative management into the management information system of casting.Secondly, evaluating enterprise business processes, data flow needs and designing data dictionary, based on the results of requirement analysis and design builds a triangular mode of collaborative management among foundry enterprises, casting quality and technics, production process. This model includes three major modules: production quality collaborative management, quality technics collaborative management, production technics collaborative management.Again, according to the triangular mode of cooperative management among casting quality, technics, and production, based on the intelligent task- driven technology and intelligent decision-analyzing technology, designing and implementing the system function.Finally, applying the scheme about triangular collaborative management of foundry enterprises casting quality and technics, manufacturing into Jiangsu Huaxing special steel Casting Industry Co., LTD and Sichuan Falate stainless steel Casting Industry Co., Ltd. The actual application indicates that this scheme links the quality and technic, production together, and guides workshop production effectively, enhances the level of technic, strengthens the stability of casting quality.
