With the continuous expansion of the production scale of metallurgical industry in China,the ladle crane,as an important equipment of liquid metal handling,plays an increasingly prominent role in the modern production process.The ladle crane mainly realizes the movement of the hook through the trolley to complete the liquid metal handling work.The trolley frame is used to support and connect the hoisting mechanism and the travelling mechanism.The trolley frame is an important bearing structure of the trolley system.Under the premise of ensuring the transmission stability and reliability of the trolley hoisting mechanism,it is important and difficult to reduce the structural quality of the trolley frame.In this paper,taking the static stiffness design criteria of the trolley frame as the starting point,the relationship between deformation value of trolley frame and transmission stability of hoisting mechanism is analyzed,the idea of taking the axis deflection angle of the hoisting mechanism coupling into the optimization design criterion of the trolley frame structure is proposed.The problem of weight of trolley frame is reduced by solving the problem that the traditional static stiffness design criterion of trolley frame is conservative.The specific completion work is divided into the following parts:(1)In view of the problem that the deformation of the trolley frame can affect the transmission stability of the hoisting mechanism on it,through the function introduction of the hoisting mechanism and the coupling,the concept of the axis deflection angle of the coupling is introduced.Based on the calculation principle of the axis deflection angle,the calculation model of the axis deflection angle of the hoisting mechanism of the double-drum double-reducer type is established.The relationship between the deformation of trolley frame and the axis deflection angle is obtained.The research lays a foundation for putting forward a new design criterion for the static stiffness of trolley frame.(2)Taking 225/63t-21.5m four-beam four-rail ladle crane as an example,the load of the trolley frame of the ladle crane in actual work is analyzed and calculated,and the optimization design criterion of the trolley frame are discussed.Using ANSYS APDL language,a parameterized model of the trolley frame is established,and four load combinations are selected to carry out static analysis on the trolley frame.The results show that the structure of the trolley frame meets the design requirements and can provide data support for the next structural optimization.(3)Sensitivity analysis technique is used to determine the design variables of trolley frame structure optimization.The trolley frame structure is optimized by using the axis skew Angle optimization method and the traditional optimization method.The optimization results of the trolley frame obtained by the two optimization methods are compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility of the axis deflection angle optimization method.The results show that compared with the traditional optimization method,the axis deflection angle optimization method can reduce the weight of the trolley frame by 5.485 t,and the weight loss percentage of the trolley is 29.15%.According to the axis deflection angle optimization method,a new stiffness recommendation value of the trolley frame design is proposed.(4)Using the graphical user interface of MALAB to develop a ladle crane trolley frame size optimization software,the function of initial parameter input,software automatic call and analysis,data transfer and output is realized,trolley frame parameter input module,finite element analysis module and size optimization module is integrated.The software can simplify the design process of the trolley frame and is suitable for the structure analysis and optimization design of the trolley frame of the same type ladle crane.The research work in this paper provides theoretical and technical reference for the structural design and optimization of the trolley frame of the ladle crane.It is of great significance to improve the lightweight design level of ladle cranes and promote the green and energy saving development of ladle cranes.
