| In recent years,Ceramic/metal composite materials with three dimensional continuous network structure has become a research hotspot.Each component of the composite materials has a three-dimensional structure,and its properties can be preserved.Thus,it was possible to obtain a composite material with multiple functions.Ceramic/metal composite materials with three dimensional continuous network structure had been studied in many kinds of ceramics and metals.However,there were few studies on the structure and surface properties of ceramics.Ramie fabric SiC ceramics/Cu composite materials were prepared in this paper,and the preparation process were studied.New ideas and methods were provided in this paper.The specific method were:first,biological SiC ceramic with ramie fabric structures was prepared.During the preparation process,ramie fabric was used as biological template.Si,phenolic resin,Absolute alcohol were also used,too.The temperature was set at 1800 ℃.Then,by electroless plating method,the surface of SiC ceramic was plated with metal Ni,which improved the wettability between SiC and metal.Finally,the ramie fabric SiC ceramics/Cu composite Materials were prepared in high temperature and vacuum environment.In the experiment,the samples were characterized by X ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,and the influence of the preparation process was analyzed.Experimental results and analysis show that:the ramie fabric weave structure and the ramie fiber’s ordered biological structure were weel retained in the ramie fabric structure SiC ceramics.SiC ceramic presents a three-dimensional space network structure.And,the network structure could be designed.Electroless nickel plating affected the physical properties of the ceramics and improved the surface properties.The melt infiltration of metal Cu was affected by many aspects,the best infiltration temperature was 1110 ℃.The unique microstructure of SiC ceramics and the metal nickel layer on the surfaces of ramie fabric SiC ceramic could improve the penetration effect of metal Cu,and improve the performance of new materials.The experiment was achieved the purpose of the research on the preparation of ramie fabric SiC ceramic/metal Cu composites. |
