Dvision Of Liaoyang's Red Line Of Ecological Protection And The Management Strategy Research Based On GIS

Ecological red line is the ecological security of the bottom line,is the most key ecological protection region boundary,ecological protection of red line drawn is for the purpose of protecting the ecological environment and protecting the natural resources,provides the basis for urban key ecological construction planning department to determine the content,ecological aspects of the control requirements are put forward for the city planning department and other management departments controlling planning,provide macro guidance on ecological policy for the ecological environment protection department.This study in Liaoyang city as the study area,according to the liaoyang city of ecological planning principles and the overall idea,based on the basic conception of ecological city,follow the objective law of ecological and economic law,combined with the regional overall development situation,Liaoyang city,s characteristic and advantage,with strategic vision,the thinking mode of the comprehensive and dynamic,supported by remote sensing and geographic information system technology,on the basis of combining qualitative evaluation and quantitative model constructed the red line evaluation system of city scale ecological protection,for liaoyang nature reserve and the important source of drinking water,importance of water conservation function,importance of soil and water conservation function,Windbreak and sand-fixation importance function,the biodiversity protection function,land desertification sensitivity,soil erosion sensitivity are evaluated,based on the seven factors,drew the ecological protection red line.The red line area of Liaoyang city ecological protection is 227412.5ha,occupy48.07% of Liaoyang city area.Nature reserves and important source of drinking water conservation red line area is 15334.05 ha,occupy 3.24% of Liaoyang city area;red line function of water conservation ecological protection area is 117422 ha,occupy 24.82%of Liaoyang city area;keep red line function ecological protection area of the water body is 56268.75 ha,occupy 11.89% of Liaoyang city area;the red line area of biodiversity protection ecological protection is 117900 ha,occupy 24.92% of Liaoyang city area;red line of sensitive area ecological protection area of soil and water loss is18.75 ha.From the spatial distribution of ecological red line,ecological protection red line of Liaonyang mainly in eastern and southern regions,the region's ecological red line area distribution is more concentrated,area is larger;and the north and west region,ecological red line area is relatively small.In the ecological line area,take active controls,prohibit the original production and living and development activities,combined with the artificial restoration way make the regional ecological system gradually stable,gradually restore the natural ecosystem service function.
