Because of its unique characteristics, vanadium has been widely used in various fields, and the consumption of vanadium products is increasing day by day.Although China has large reserves of vanadium-titanium magnetite, there is still a certain loss of vanadium in the existing "duplex method" for extracting vanadium. The so-called "duplex method" refers to the vanadium-containing hot metal in the converter process through two slagging. The first slag making is to obtain high-grade vanadium slag, and the second slag making is to obtain qualified molten steel. The purpose of the above process in the industry is called "devanadium and carbon preservation",and is achieved by controlling the thermodynamic conditions of the reaction process. This process could be based on the calculation of the material-balance and heatbalance of the vanadium converter and establish a static model. The structure of vanadium coolant adjusted according to the heat surplus. An orthogonal test system established through industrial production, and finally a reasonable coolant structure could be determined. To achieve the purpose of improving product quality, reducing the cost and energy consumption per ton of steel.Through the study of the above process, combined with industrial tests, the main conclusions are as follows:1)Use high-grade raw materials to improve the grade of vanadium-slag.2)Determine the1380? is the end-point control temperature for the process.3)In the vanadium extraction process, reducing the iron material cost by 12.39 yuan/t;increasing energy utilization of 15.17 kJ by per ton semi-steel;increasing the gas recovery by 19.13 MJ/t.Figure 26;Table 40;Reference 74...
