Investigaiton Of Improving The Running Stability And Economic Benefits For Calcined Coke Plant

The rotary kiln system,conveying system,dust removal system and waste heat boiler system of the calcining coke device were studied and analysed in this paper.The key parts,key equipments and key technical measures were reformed and innovated,which had made some achievements and made contributions to the sustainable development of the calcining device.In this paper,the outstanding problems that affected the stability of the device were summarized by a variety of data records included memorabilia,equipment running records,inspection records,operation ledger and so on.The tentative treatment schemes were put forward to solve the existing problems by analysing theory,querying data,referring documents,inspecting devices in same industry and engaging experts to guide on the spot.The current outstanding problems of the calcining coke device had been treated by improving the lining pouring method of rotary kilns,retrofitting the dust removal system,reforming the device conveying system,retrofitting the waste heat boiler system,and constructing the finished product sieving device.By comparing data and effect before and after the reform,it can be seen that all of the implementation projects had achieved remarkable results.The annual running time increased of the calcining device was 830.75 hours,the economic returns accumulated was 6,490,000 yuan.At the same time,the working environment of the workshop had been improved,the workers' health was protected,the emission of pollutants had been reduced,some hidden dangers were eliminated,and the safety of the equipment had been improved.Of the 13 projects covered by this paper,8 projects have been rated as outstanding scientific and technological achievements in Liaohe Oilfield Company,and had been widely recognized.It had also proved that this research had achieved excellent results.
