Pipeline transportation is the main mode of transportation of oil and gas.Corrosion is an important factor which affects the working efficiency and service life.As we all know,corrosion is inevitable,so how to alleviate the corrosion rate is an enduring topic.The technology of adding inner anticorrosion layer and outer anticorrosion layer to pipeline and cathodic protection technology is widly used.Two measures complement each other to jointly safeguard the safety of the pipeline,slow down the corrosion rate and ensure the safety of transportation and to eliminate the waste of resources and environmental pollution.It is one of the most important steps to evaluate the corrosion grade of pipeline by measuring the corrosion degree of pipeline cathodic protection parameters.All kinds of pipeline cathodic protection parameter acquisition system technology is mature,but it has not been widely used,because some systems have some problems to be solved in practical application.Most areas still use the way of manual inspection.Although the traditional data acquisition and transmission system of pipeline cathodic protection can meet the function of acquisition and transmission,but some of them have small coverage,high cost and the remote control function can not be achieved.In order to enlarge the coverage area of the data acquisition and transmission system of the traditional pipeline cathodic protection parameter acquisition system,and realize the remote control of the data receiving and transmitting function.In this paper,various methods used in pipeline detection are analyzed.A data acquisition and transmission system based on NRF905 and GSM is designed.The system is composed of 9 groups of star networks,each of which consists of 1 pairs of 14 pairs of hosts and nodes.The communication mode between the star network and the host computer is a multi point frequency modulation mode.This paper describes the system involved in the field,introduces the system structure,hardware design and software development process.In the system,9 groups of 14 to 1star network data acquisition and transmission performance stability and through mobile phone text messages or calls can achieve remote control function.
