Non-smooth surface is defined as the interface adhesion system.If there is one or several non-smooth effects in any macro block on a smooth surface,the surface is a non-smooth surface.The special function of this structure in various fields has become a focus in the academic and engineering research at domestic and abroad.In the process of mechanical friction and wear,the non-smooth surface has the effect of reducing friction,reducing energy consumption and so on.The common processing methods of non-smooth surface are laser machining,abrasive jet machining,EDM,cutting,rolling,grinding,electrochemical corrosion process,etc.Grinding technology used in non-smooth surface processing is a new field.At present,the grinding method of the non smooth surface has low production efficiency,high processing cost,and difficult to control the surface quality of the grinding surface.Therefore,it has become a new research direction to improve the grinding performance of the non-smooth surface.The theoretical and practical application of grinding non smooth surface is the great significance of the diamond pen to be trimmed into the spiral groove surface,selecting the reasonable grinding parameters,and exploring the forming law of the non smooth surface topography.Firstly,the grinding wheel is trimmed to the spiral groove surface by the diamond pen,and the technology of the dressing grinding wheel is discussed.Analysis of the influence of various parameters on the dressing process of grinding wheel.Secondly,on the basis of the determination of the grinding wheel,the mathematical model of the surface of spiral groove grinding wheel is established,The effect of diamond pen tool parameters and machining parameters on the spiral groove of grinding wheel was analyzed.Thirdly,the mathematical model of the movement track of single abrasive grain grinding is established.Based on the mathematical model of spiral groove grinding wheel,the influence of grinding parameters on the surface topography characteristics of single and double spiral groove grinding wheel is analyzed.Finally,through the MATLAB simulation platform,the influnce of the geometricalparameters and the grinding parameters on the non-smooth surface of the workpiece is studied.With the grinding reasonable parameters,non-smooth surface morphology was made regular arrangement.
