Simulation Monitoring System Design Of Natural Gas Processing Technological Process Based On LED

To realize comprehensive fine management of oil field,and construct digitalized and intelligent factory,this paper takes natural gas processing technology of some section of oil gas processing in Natural Gas Branch Office of Daqing Natural Gas Company as the research object,single chip machine as core component to simulate the natural gas production technological process in a vivid way by means of VC programing,software and hardware design as well as LED tape lights.Additionally,the device parameters of the production field can be real-time displayed,reflecting the operation condition of production equipment at the natural gas production site accurately.The concrete procedures are as follows.1.The overall scheme for the stimulation and supervision monitoring system of natural gas processing technological process is designed based on LED imitation screen technology and parameter real-time display technology,as well as system functional requirement and technical index.2.Besides,full-color LED drive circuit is designed based on controller T-1000 S and LED drive chip exclusive for WS2811,as well as various model control circuit,parameter display circuit,level signal conversion circuit and wireless communication module circuit.3.Based on upper computer LedEdit platform,upper computer software of full-color LED lighting effect arrangement,lower computer software of master control system,upper computer software of parameter real-time display,lower computer software of parameter display are programmed.In such a way,such function could be realized including lighting effect of seven major LED tape light modules,power-on management of power supply,file switch of various independent module,format conversion and delivery of real-time data to finally be displayed on five-digit nixie tube.4.The test on each part of the system indicates that the proposed system meets the design requirement.
