The same well injection and production technology has been popularized and applied in the well of the mouth of Daqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant,and has achieved good effect of steady oil precipitation.However,in recent years,the application of the emergence of such as the occurrence of clogging and separation of low efficiency problems,a direct impact on the further application of this technology.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to upgrade and upgrade the key underground oil and water separator in the existing well injection technology.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the application of oil and water separator in detail,we first propose a variety of "three cups of the same hole" modified design of the ring cutting model,grooving model,bevel model,step model And then the physical model and mathematical model are established for each modification scheme.Then,the flow field software is simulated by Fluent on the flow field.The flow field parameters such as the velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the flow field are analyzed and analyzed.And then put forward the "small cup" modification scheme.Finally,it is proposed that the minimum stay time is not less than 30 seconds and the safety factor is not less than 2.5 as the qualified condition.The new design concept,re-prepared the underground oil and water separator calculation software.Compared with the prior art scheme,the oil-water separation effect is improved by more than 60%,the length of the oil-water separator after the modification can be shortened by more than 50%,and the diameter of the inlet hole can be increased by more than 20%,which can not only reduce the difficulty of the separator And the cost,but also can further reduce the risk of the plug into the hole,for the same well injection and production technology to promote the use of a strong technical support.
