With the continuous development of science and technology,accompanied by scientific disputes,how to deal with the effective implementation of the dispute is the current situation under the urgent problem to be solved.This paper chooses the civic epistemology which is consistent with the comprehensive analysis and reflects the diversified participation in the scientific governance model as the analytic dimension,and takes the transgenic food dispute in our country as an example to study deeply and analyze the behavioral characteristics of the participants in the process of scientific governance dispute As well as the existing problems,try to sum up the characteristics of our civic epistemology,and provide a reference for the scientific management of the harmonious interaction between the government,the experts and the public.The first chapter expounds the research significance,the research purpose and the research method of this article,and analyzes the great challenge that domestic and foreign scholars face in the face of scientific controversy how to seek the response from the angle of scientific governance.The second chapter explores the reasons of the emergence of scientific disputes,highlighting the current scientific controversy has brought many challenges,in the face of challenges need to find an effective scientific governance model to deal with.The third chapter from the Chinese knowledge of the data obtained from the results of China's genetically modified food controversy is the focus on its security dispute.The fourth chapter introduces the scientific governance thought under the civic epistemology perspective from the perspective of the participant,and distinguishes the different roles played by the government,the experts and the public in the process of scientific governance.The fifth chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of scientific governance in China from the perspective of civic epistemology,and tries to summarize the characteristics of civic epistemology embodied in the process of scientific governance,provide theoretical supplement and follow-reference.
