Virtual disassembly and assembly is a subject technology which is based on virtual reality.Although manufacturing technology has made the production process of industrial equipment more intelligent,manual operation are still needed in some situations.Due to be constrained by objective conditions,it is troublesome for operators especially in training.The virtual disassembly and assembly provides a platform for the operator to have a better knowledge of the equipment,disassembly and assembly specifications.In the ferrosilicon alloy's process of production,it is crucial to control the position of electrode by control system and lifting system.Considering the feature of the control system and lifting system in the process of ferrosilicon smelting,this paper designs a simulation system for the equipment to train operator by using the virtual assembly.The design establishes the models of key equipment which are based on 3ds Max and Photoshop to build models and optimize materials.Virtools is developed the system of disassembly.The main work of this passage is as followings:1.Establish models of key parts.Refer to the models of machine parts and photos taken on the spot,we adopt 3ds Max to build models and use appropriate methods to optimize models to guarantee for the smooth introduction of Virtools.2.The design of interactive realization.It makes the process of disassembly more humanistic,improve visual effect and provide more convenient for operators.3.Virtual disassembly.Set up the Virtools environment to make the imported three-dimensional more realistic.Acquire the position of chosen part with the assistance of Virtools's own model resource database base to realize the transition of before-after disassembly,use packet assembly to install parts one by one.4.Virtual assembly.Referring to the sequence of disassembly by using packet assembly to realize the integration of the parts and the auxiliary reference objects in the 3D Layout,and the installation of each group is completed one by one.5.Realization of parts showing.Connecting Virtools with Access to extract the contents of the array to the database.As for the part of showings,VS will be used to develop Windows API application program to achieve fuzzy query and accurate query parts.
