| The paper described the status of wind power development in north and the haze pollution in Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region: Inner Mongolia and Hebei has the No.1 and the No.2 in installed wind-power capacity in China,so there is large-scale wind power in north.It is mainly distributed in eastern Inner Mongolia and the north of Hebei Province,and is the uptake of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region.Moreover,it has clean air and can clear the haze in Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region.During the process of generation,wind energy is consumed.Wind reduces from Inner Mongolia,Zhangjiakou and Chengde to Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region.Due to the formula,wind energy is proportional to the cube of wind speed.It may lead to the slowdown of the wind in Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region.Because wind can clear the haze,haze is further affected negatively.Collected the meteorological and wind data In Baoding area,for example,using the method of graphology and data-analytics studies the correlation between the north large-scale wind power and the wind speed in Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region.Further,the paper studies the correlation between the north large-scale wind power and the haze in Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region.As a conclusion,The visibility(on behalf of the haze severity)is low positive correlation to the daily average wind speed;annual average wind speed is moderate positive correlation to north wind power installation and grid connected capacity(on behalf of the amount of wind energy consumption in wind power generation).As the last conclusion,north wind power installation and grid connected capacity has little correlation to the visibility,and the correlation coefficient was 0.287.While there is deference between data research and the theory,it comes to the final conclusion,which is,So far,north large-scale wind power development has no effect on Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region,and further influence on haze of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region is weaker. |
