Study On Fog Haze Treatment In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Province

A few years ago,China's central and eastern regions appeared in multiple cities and fog haze.Especially the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,once again become the haze of the hardest hit.The frequent occurrence of haze and haze is not only a sign of the continued deterioration of air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but also an important warning for air pollution problems in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The environment of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has a big gap with the construction of ecological civilization and environment-friendly society.Based on this,this paper focuses on the study of the haze in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Through the research on the management of haze in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the author finds out the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the air pollution problems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and improves the air quality in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region Is the purpose of this study.In this paper,the main research methods used in the literature analysis and comparative analysis.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the relevant research results and main points of this paper,the author has consulted a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,sorted and sorted out the basic knowledge system of haze management problem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region And then on this basis to determine the basic research framework of this paper,and then sort out the literature analysis.In addition,it also analyzes and compares the prevention and control measures,system regulations,practice methods and academic theories of haze at home and abroad,and analyzes their similarities and common points according to certain standards and objectives.Summed up their lessons,and in accordance with China's national conditions,take its director,to avoid its short,for the early treatment of good haze problem.Although the experience of governance haze and research in the academic community has a considerable part of the results,but for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region haze governance research is still relatively small.In this paper,some innovative conclusions are put forward to solve the problem of haze cooperation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.First,this paper systematically analyzes the problems,causes and strategies of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei fog haze cooperation management.Secondly,this paper will systematically integrate and analyze the practice of haze management in China,Expo and the Yangtze River Delta regional air pollution control joint control,the Guangzhou Asian Games and the Pearl River Delta regional air pollution control joint control experience has been sorted out,which for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region common governance haze problem has a great help.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the progress of governance in the management of haze in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and analyzes the existing problems in cooperative governance.Not only see the advantages of which also saw the lack of measures for the further improvement of haze measures to provide a theoretical support.
