Applied Research On The Cascade 3D Printing Technology In The Modelling Design Of Ceramic Product

based on the model design of ceramic product with cascade 3D printing technology,this paper aims to research what kind of the model can be designed with the technology and reflect the unique artistic characteristics different from the traditional model.In this study,based on the application of designing methods,elements and principles,the author summarized the artistic features of the model designed with 3D technology and extracted the classic visual elements to determine specific designing plan..Through the method of literature research,the background and application status of cascade 3 D printing technology in the field of ceramics are analyzed in this paper.In addition,through the method of on-the-spot investigation,the author researches the working principle and technological process of the 3 D printer and concludes the unique characteristics of the 3D printing technology through comparing it with traditional molding technology.On the basis of the experimental method,the author analyzes the influence of different design elements on ceramic product models and sums up the characteristics of the model suitable for the technology,such as the model with internal structure,geometric model and the model with even cascade texture.Finally,market investigation of ceramic products is conducted to determine designing procedures.Snow elements are extracted and the method using point elements is adopted to design ceramic cup mat with internal structure;The element of geometrical,line and face are selected to design ceramic vase with geometric or abstract model.At last,the elements of mountains,rivers,body and lines are adopted to design ceramic cup mat with even cascade texture.This study riches the model style of ceramic products,makes the model design of ceramic product more flexible and provides the reference for ceramic products industry in the use of cascading 3 d printing process for modelling design.
