As coking industry unceasingly expanding with the rapid development of iron and steel industry,China has become the largest producer of coke in the world.With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection,the pollution of H2S in coke oven gas(COG)is especially outstanding,even threatening the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,it is imperative to desulfurize COG and improve the efficiency of purification of COG.As the main COG supplier to the Baosteel,Baosteel chemical company must choose the reliable gas desulfurization process to achieve sustainable development.The experiences of the actual control of gas desulfurization system of gas refining plant were analyzed and summarized.Study with regression model on the factors of FRC desulfurization efficiency factor was carried out and the water equilibrium of FRC process was analysed.Then the fourth phase of FRC desulfurization device was designed on the basis of optimization of the third stage desulfurization unit and was evaluated after working.Finally research on the efficient mode of operation of the existing desulfurization processes was carried out.The results showed that the T-X had virtue of low operation cost,short process flow,low sulfur capacity of desulfurization liquid and stable operating,but the catalyst was dependent on imports.FRC process could produce steam and sulfuric acid so that it combined T-X effectually.The desulfurization efficiency of FRC were negatively correlated with the concentration of SCN-,HS-in the regeneration solution and were positively correlated with the concentration of S2O32-,F-NH3.Compared with the third stage desulfurization unit,the steam consumption of the fourth stage FRC desulfurization unit fell by 7.8 percentage points,sulfuric acid,anhydrous ammonia,stream production capacity increased in varying degrees.The total product revenue increased 150 thousand yuan.Under the condition of insufficient gas quantity,the strategy of high load operation of the fourth stage with stopping the second stage purification line produced about 11 million 700 thousand yuan benefits.
