| With the increasing demand for oil and gas resources in China,the early exploration of oil and gas resources was also significant.Due to the complex geological conditions,extremely inconvenient traffic and many other factors,Loess Plateau Area had always been the emphasizes and difficult for the oil and gas exploration in China,It was the early exploration of oil and gas resources has brought great difficulties.This topic was mainly for this problem,designed and developed a set of portable geophysical prospecting drilling rig,the rig with a good mobile performance,flexible operation,construction safety,low energy consumption,high drilling efficiency.And this paper through ANSYS Workbench finite element software analyzed the Spiral drill pipe of the drill rig and drilling experiment to further verify rigs’ performance,the specific content of the following points:1)Through the study of the drilling of the drill pipe,The critical drilling speed and cutting torque of the spiral drill pipe are Calculated by the theory of Transport the soil and cutting,The overall structure of the drill rig is designed by the overall design principles and requirements.2)According to the theoretical analysis,the main working parameters of the portable drilling rig are calculated,and the power plant,the transmission device,the drill pipe and the drill bit and the auxiliary device of the portable drill are further determined and designed,especially the main,the design and calculation of the gear reducer was carried out,and the structur diagram was drawed.3)Based on the Simplified force and the establishment of mechanical model for the spiral drill pipe of the drill rig,through Solidworks software to establish the three-dimensional model of the drill pipe,import ANSYS Workbench software to carried out the static and dynamic analysis,get the size of the spiral drill pipe change on the influence rule of vibration.4)Experiments were carried out in the field with a complete set of the portable drill verify the drilling efficiency of different shapes of drill bits under different geological conditions,and demonstrated the practicability of the portable drilling rig. |
