Studyonthe Potentialitiesof Waste Resourcesand Biogas Gasification Recycling Resourcesof Breedingindustryin Henan Province

With the progress and development of modern society,the demand for energyis increasing,the contradiction between supply and demand of energy has become increasingly prominent.The adjustment and optimization of energy structure and the development of biomass energy are of great significance to the protection of energy security and energy pressure.Henan province is a major province of crops and livestock farming in China.Based on the data investigation and collection of breeding industry waste biomass and biogas project in Henan Province and combined with the relevant data from 2009 to 2014,this paperthrough to estimate the amount of crop straw resources,straw biogas potential,livestock and poultry fecal resources,fecal biogas potential,analysisthe biogas project,draws the conclusions as follows:(1)Henan Province,the total output of crop straw from 2009 to 2014 annual output reached 80 million tons?In the crop straw,the main straw was wheat straw and corn stalks.This is consistent with the pattern of crop in Henan Province.Henan Province,the development of breeding industry has obvious regional differences,crop production around the city has significant differences.(2)From 1990 to 2014,the crop straw in Henan Province was converted to biogas under the condition of 35 ? fermentation.The average potential of biogas was37.093 billion m3,The average value of the conversion of crop straw to biogas potential was2.516 billion m3 for rice straw,15.67 million m3 for wheat straw,12.802 billion m3 for corn stalks,538 million m3 forsoybeans straw,403 million m3 for tubers stalks,699 million m3 for cotton stalks,oil-bearing crops straw 4.466 billion m3.The biogas potential of wheat straw was the highest in the total potential value,the second was the proportion of the biogas potential of corn stalks,and the biogas potential of tubers straw was the lowest.This result is related to the planting structure of Henan Province.The potential for biogasification of crops in the first five cities with significant advantages in 2014 was4.936 billion m3 in Zhoukou,4.427 billion m3 in Zhumadian,Nanyang 3.732 billion m3,Shangqiu 3.59 billion m3,Xinxiang 2.437 billion m3.(3)From 2009 to 2014,the amount of manure produced by livestock and poultry breeding in Henan Province was about 165 million tons per year,with an average of 16641.46 million tons.The livestock and poultry industry in Henan Province had a large regional difference,and the difference in the quality of livestock and poultry manure was significantly different from the regional aquaculture industry.(4)From 2009 to 2014,the biogas production potential of livestock and poultry manure in Henan Province was about 522.68 billion m3.Among them,the biogas production potential of pig manure totaled 214.56 billion m3,the biogas production potential of cattle was 24.764 billion m3,the biogas production potential of sheep was 4.128 billion m3,poultry manure biogas production potential totaled 1.92 billion m3.The data show that pig manure and bovine feces are an important part of the biogas potential of livestock and poultry manure,accounting for 88.43% of the total production potential.Biogas potential is not consistent across the city.In 2014,In the distribution of biogas potential of livestock and poultry manure,Zhumadian has the highest biogas potential of 931 million m3,followed by Nanyang biogasification potential of 931 million m3;Zhoukou,739 million m3;Shangqiu biogas potential of 668 million m3;Xinyang 5.64 billion m3.The potential of biogas of livestock and poultry in these five cities is 52.49% of the total potential.(5)The large and medium-sized biogas project in Henan province is located in 18 prefecture level cities in Henan province.In the regional distribution,there are large biogas projects in each prefecture level city,but the distribution is not consistent.Xinxiang,the largest distribution,there are 35,followed by Zhoukou,Nanyang,respectively,independently 31,28;and the least distribution is Puyang,only 4.During the period from 2009 to 2014,a total of 278 large and medium-sized biogas projects were built in Henan Province.The total gas production reached 72.581 million m3.If the biogas produced was completely combusted,the equivalent of electricity saving was 410.25 million kwh.It is equivalent toreducing CO2 emissions by 35.87 million t.From 2009 to 2014 years,biogas production of gas for a total of more than 77107 households centralized gas supply,the annual power generation 3282.18 million kwh.To a certain extent,ease the energy pressure.
