Food safety is related to people's health,personal and property safety issues.and food safety issues in China has been developed to affect the national economic and social development,and even has affected the stable development of society.In recent years,domestic and international food safety incidents continue to occur frequently,food safety issues are increasingly concerned.In this part,the food safety risk of Xinjiang is analyzed,and the causes of food risks are analyzed,and the problems of food safety are analyzed in the light of the food safety risk in some parts of Xinjiang.Comprehensive research,in order to improve the food risk analysis mechanism in Xinjiang,Xinjiang food safety emergency management mechanism to provide a reference.It is of great significance to ensure Xinjiang food safety,optimized the food quality and safety management system and promote the sustainable development of Xinjiang food industry.In this study,the food quality and safety risk assessment and risk assessment methods is described in detail,and the foods,drugs supervision and management system of Xinjiang is introduced.Secondly,through the comparative analysis,the data of 3910 batches of food in 15 districts,states and municipalities in Xinjiang in each month of 2015 were analyzed and analyzed,and the correlation of food production to food production was analyzed by gray relational theory.Links,food and beverage chain to conduct risk assessment.The results of the evaluation showed that most of the unsatisfactory samples in the sampling inspection belonged to the low-risk category and the food safety status of the year was safe and controllable.The gray relational degree of food quality and safety risk factors in food production,circulation and food and beverage sectors were: circulation> catering> production.It is concluded that all the factors of food circulation have the greatest influence on the food unqualified phenomenon in all aspects of food safety risk,which is the main link of food safety risk.The main purpose of this risk assessment process is to establish a simple,practical,scientific and effective method for risk assessment of food quality and safety in different seasons of different food types in different regions of Xinjiang.It provides a theoretical reference for food quality and safety supervision institution to evaluate food risk in Xinjiang,and provides scientific basis for supervising department to formulate reasonable early warning plan and emergency treatment of food emergencies.In addition,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions to improve the food risk analysis mechanism and food safety emergency management mechanism in Xinjiang by analyzing the existing problems in food supervision and management.
