Research On The Human Resource Risk Management Of GP Gas Pipeline Project

The human resource risk evaluation of the project is related to the realization of the project risk management objectives,and also affects the successful completion of the project objectives.Therefore,how to effectively carry out the risk assessment of human resources in the implementation of the project is a practical problem to be studied and solved in the process of project operation.In this paper,the GP natural gas pipeline project as the research object,the comprehensive use of the AHP analytic hierarchy process,risk matrix evaluation method of human resources management risk identification and evaluation of the project.Specifically,the identification of the project human resource management risk firstly,through literature review,questionnaire and expert Delphy investigation,eventually identified 6 types of risks(recruitment management,training management risk,risk management and use of risk,risk management,performance appraisal and salary management risk management risk welfare)the 15 risk factors.Then,this study uses the analytic hierarchy process and the risk matrix to evaluate the risk.Finally,the corresponding risk control measures are given to identify the larger risk management links: personnel loss,imperfect training plan,lack of incentives and so on.This article has carried on the thorough discussion and the research to the human resources risk appraisal,the research result has certain value.First,this paper uses the AHP analytic hierarchy process and risk evaluation matrix,the risk of human resources is the identification and assessment,qualitative and quantitative evaluation process,improve the accuracy and science of human resources risk assessment.Secondly,based on the GP natural gas pipeline project as an example,the risk of human resource for the identification and evaluation,on the one hand to the work of human resources risk management of the project has played an important role in guiding,On the other hand,it also provides some reference for the risk assessment and management of other similar projects.
