Therefore, it is very important to calculate the carbon emission in Jilin province by using scientific and reasonable algorithm, and to study the economic growth of Jilin Province under the constraint of carbon emission. Based on this, this paper attempts to the carbon emissions under the constraint of Jilin Province Economic Growth expanded in-depth study, according to the results of the study for the energy-saving emission reduction work in Jilin Province to provide favorable data support for planning specific implementation to provide the countermeasure and the suggestion. Therefore, this research has profound theoretical and practical significance. This paper on economic growth theory and Environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis, low-carbon economic theory is based, to Jilin Province Economic Growth, carbon emission status analysis, firstly Markov chain to infer the Jilin province’s primary energy consumption structure, and predict its carbon emissions under the constraints of the economic growth situation, followed by the use of carbon emissions on the Environment Kuznets curve measured carbon emissions inflection point and carbon emissions path, finally, we use the VAR model to analyze the impact factors of carbon emissions in Jilin Province, according to carbon emissions under the constraint of Jilin Province economic growth measurement results, in Jilin Province of carbon emissions and economic growth put forward reasonable countermeasures.
