Research On Calculation Software Of Textile Process Based On Visual Basic

In recent years,with the development of information technology,the application of computer in the field of textile has risen from the simple fabric structure design to the monitoring of the production process and the auxiliary design of the product,and the information technology has been widely used abroad in textile production process.Textile process calculation is a key link in weaving production.Calculating the process according to the specifications,production capacity and production cycle of the fabric to be processed.It includes the yarns weight per meter fabric,the warp and weft consumption per hour,the ends in warp,and the theoretical yield,actual yield,number the number of machines equipped in each process.Textile process calculation has many characteristics such as long process,multi model and complex calculation.It needs many fabric and m,machine parameters,such as width of fabric,yarn count,warp and weft density,waste rate,elongation,speed of revolution,time efficiency,stop rate and machine output.The calculation of the traditional textile process is carried out by the manual,and the design process has many parameters that need to be searched,and the reference in the design process of the information access is quite troublesome,and when varieties are different or equipment changes,it must be recalculated.The process is difficult and error prone,time-consuming and low efficiency.Therefore,it is an important method to improve the production efficiency that how to make the textile machinery management and textile technology calculation conveniently and efficiently.In order to manage the information of textile machinery and calculate textile process conveniently,the software development process of the database and textile calculation was discussed.Database of weaving machine and fabric were established by Access.Database maintenance and textile calculation were developed by Visual Basic 6.0.The research shows that the software can realize browse,addition,deletion,edit on the information of textile machinery and calculate the theoretical yield,actual yield,the number of machines equipped in each process.Compared with the traditional manual calculation,it is shown that the advantages of the database are the following three aspects:(1)when the production conditions(production capacity,production cycle and fabric varieties)changes,it can complete the calculations of the machines equipped in each process quickly;(2)the time efficiency,the planned shutdown rate and the machine operating parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation;(3)the machine specifications can be searched and maintained by the database.The result provided valuable reference for the information management of textile enterprises and calculation of computer-aided process calculation.First of all,this paper introduces the background,current situation,significance and main contents of the research briefly.Then describes the development of the program's two main tools Visual Basic and Access and the operating environment of the software.Then introduced the design method and procedure of the login interface and the main interface menu,the maintenance and design of the database,the database includes three aspects:woven fabrics database,textile machine database and account information database.The last is the textile process calculation and programming process,the module includes four parts of cotton carding,cotton combed,polyester-cotton blended and new spinning technology,and with cotton combed respectively describes the spinning and weaving process of computing all the form design process and code compilation process.
