Foundation And Application Of Silk Textile Database

Along with the development of computer, modern information technology has penetrated each field of textile industry. At present, textile companies make widely use of CAD/CAM,CAE,auto control and manage information system to upgrade the hard competition roundly. For this, this paper found a database and application system of silk textile.According to function and frame design of the system, we classify the yarns depend on material and linetype; for silk fabrics, first, according to material, we classify fabric to grade one and grade two; then according to main category and detailed category classify fabric to grade three and grade four, and each fabric was given an independent number. Using Visual Basic.NET as the foregrounding language, and SQL SERVER 2000 as the background database, we established this system. It applies the specification information of yarns and fabrics, realizes the operation of input,modify,query,delete,print and so on. With the analysis of the silk fabrics in the database, the system can make the data analysis application come true. Rely on the software established by myself, system automatically calculates the cover tightness and fabric balance ratio of different categories, paints structure areas, gives the design areas of mature silk fabrics; This system analyzes the fabric width of reed,Grey silk and finished product, and calculates the shrinkage for fabrics of different categories, applies the curves of shrinkage, and rely on the average value of shrinkage, we can compare each category. This part gives reference to the design of fabric width. At the same time, it makes a statistic of the different counts of yarn used in each category of fabric, and gives statistical charts.The development of this system can be an effective manage tool to silk textile for textile companies, also it applies a platform for the design of new production. Along with the further development of the system, we can make it together with simulation software of yarn and fabric,Enterprise Management System and others to elevate the application ability of the system.
