Research On The Relationship Between Employee's Unsafe Behavior And Safety Awareness

Safety awareness and unsafe behavior has always been the focus of attention of the enterprise,safety awareness has an active effect on unsafe behavior,unsafe behavior is the embodiment of security awareness.With the rapid development of economy,the improvement of the living standard,people pay more and more attention to safety,and safety production enterprises,rely on the frontline staff to assure production safety,while the frontline staff safety awareness and behavior of employees affect the development of enterprises and the improvement of production efficiency to a great extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the employees' unsafe behavior and safety consciousness.In this study,through questionnaire design,with a large state-owned subsidiary front-line employees as the research object,500 front-line employees of 6 companies were conducted a questionnaire survey.SPSS 18.0 software was used for data analysis of 371 valid questionnaire survey results.Through descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,the relationship of various dimensions of unsafe behavior and safety awareness,using multiple regression method to Conceptual Model of Behavioral Safety were tested and revised.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,conclusions are drawn: Different dimensions of safety awareness have different effects on different dimensions of unsafe behavior with different degrees of influence.There is a significant positive correlation between the safety attitude,ability to reduce hazards of employees' safety awareness and the safety compliance of unsafe behavior;There is a significant positive correlation between safety knowledge,safety attitude,ability to reduce hazards in safety awareness and active safety in unsafe behavior;The safety attitude of employee safety awareness has the most positive influence on the two dimensions of unsafe behavior.A conclusion that the relationship between safety awareness and unsafe behavior can be helpful to enhance employee safety awareness,and reduce unsafe behavior,finally make the enterprise create a safe working environment,increase safety production efficiency.
