As the special status of the capital,Beijing is the center of politics,economy and culture.With information,health care,education and other public resources,as well as a large number of employment opportunities,attract great foreign population,especially the rural population to the center of the city's rapid migration.In recent years,the rapid population growth and contradiction of resources and the environment in Beijing has become increasingly prominent: the shortage of water resources;air pollution;traffic congestion;rising prices,regulatory difficult;city natural environment and ecological system was severely damaged and so on.The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the layout of the space,energy consumption and promote the rational distribution of the population has an important significance.The direction of industrial structure adjustment is the subject we are going to study.In the descriptive statistical analysis on the air quality in Beijing city and the industrial structure,air quality changes not only has a close relationship with the industrial structure energy consumption and the proportion of the industry,but also has a high degree of similarity and spatial layout of industrial structure.We choose 2010 to 2015 of the industry energy consumption and emissions data of Beijing city,by grey correlation analysis,the analysis results show that the closely related emissions industry for more than third industry,and emissions from the largest correlation degree industries are: Industry,accommodation and catering,living,transportation,warehousing and postal services,real estate and construction,production and supply of electricity and heat.The results of GM(1,n)model show that Industrial and consumer consumption has the greatest impact on emissions.Then,we use LMDI decomposition method to decompose the driving factors of sulfur dioxide emissions.The results show that the factors of industrial structure adjustment and population size are the main factors driving the sulfur dioxide emissions.Based on the research results,We proposed reasonable macroeconomic policy adjustment industrial structure spatial layout,accelerating the third industry adjustment,increase of new energy technology research investment,promote technological progress,accelerate the popularization of the use of green energy,improve efficiency,control the size of the population,the development of intelligent transportation,improve the public awareness of environmental protection and other suggestions.
