Research On Pollution Reduction Effect Of Industrial Structure Adjustment

Since the reform and opening up,China has relied on the advantages of a large amount of labor and low prices to achieve a rapid growth in its total economic output.During the 36 years from 1979 to 2015,China's average economic growth rate has reached 9.7%,and it has become In the world's second largest economy,the economic growth results are remarkable.With the reality of the aging population,the actual national conditions and the role of science and technology in economic development play a key role in changing China's long-term extensive economic growth and low-end production methods that rely on demographic dividends and low-cost pollution emissions to gain competitive advantages.China's natural environment and ecosystem have caused great damage.Environmental pollution issues not only concern the sustainable and healthy development of the economy,but also affect the quality of life of the general public.This requires the industrial structure to be even more low-pollution,low-energy,and intensive.Directional adjustments.The article focuses on the issue of pollution reduction.It mainly studies the pollution emission effect of China's industrial restructuring,and proposes policy recommendations for achieving sustainable economic development ba sed on theoretical and empirical analysis results.This paper is based on the existing literature of industrial structure adjustment and pollution reduction.First of all,from the theoretical level,we introduce the theories related to the industrial structure of the P.-Clark theorem and Huffman theorem,and the sustainable development and environmental Kuznets curve.The related theory of pollution reduction,followed by a description of the status quo of China's industrial restructuring and pollution emi ssions,and the division of our provinces into economically developed regions,more economically developed regions,and economically underdeveloped regions based on the level of economic development.The industrial structure adjustment and pollution emissi on levels in their respective regions are described in order to discover the relationship between the industrial structure adjustment and pollution emissions;the dynamic mechanism of industrial structure adjustment is again discussed through systematicall y explaining the adjustment of industrial structure to pollution reduction.Impact mechanism;then variables such as pollution discharge,industrial structure adjustment index,total investment in industrial pollution control,patent grant amount,and per capita regional product value are determined by Hausmann test using a panel fixed effect model or a random effect model to empirically analyze China.Industrial structure adjustment to pollution discharge Influence and influence the industrial structure adjustment on pollution emissions by dividing the regions with different levels of economic development.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,it proposes corresponding policies for economic development.
