Sulfur dioxide and various types of nitrogen oxides are the main reason of acid rain,ozone holes,greenhouse effects and other environmental problems of the main source These environmental problems are constantly threatening our living environment,bringing us human many hazards.As we all know,the combustion of coal will produce a lot of sulfide,as a result,it is particularly important for power plant,as a large combustion of coal emissions,to deal with its emission strictly.The limit of SO2 emission density of Sanhe Power Plant thermal power boiler is 200 mg / Nm3.Besides,the limit of SO2 emission concentration is 50 mg / Nm3 in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,in April 2013.Taking the current coal market supply situation into account,the plant coal sulfur change during a greater range.Power plant boilers can not be controlled to burn in the stable design of sulfur within the scope,the existing desulfurization device is difficult to meet the new environmental standards,Therefore,the current desulfurization and dust removal system must be upgraded to meet the emission limit requirements.After the system efficiency improved,the desulfurization system of Sanhe Power Plant is aimed at the existing SO2 concentration of 1857 mg / Nm3 for the flue gas of the desulfurization system.The SO2 emission of desulfurization is less than 35 mg / Nm3,the desulfurization efficiency is 98.3%,the desulfurization inlet design is 55 Mg / Nm3,after the transformation of the chimney entrance design smoke content of 30 mg / Nm3,dust removal efficiency of 72.7%.According to the existing situation of Sanhe Power Plant,unit operation,equipment,coal quality,desulphurization process,and environmental conditions near the plant included,this paper put forward some corresponding transformation proposal,such as increasing the low temperature heat exchanger technology program,increasing runoff type electrostatic precipitator,desulfurization system capacity transformation,let # 1,# 2 unit desulfurization absorber outlet net smoke,leading to # 3,# 4 smoke tower,increasing the wet dust removal,GGH canceled,chimney anti-corrosion,add and so on.After taking the analysis of the above scheme into comparison,we propose five general optimization program.
