Project management is a kind of system management method by using the theory and knowledge to organize,command,coordinate,control a project,and finally achieved the project target and made deliverables with high efficient.Which involved in progress? quality?cost?safety etc.All the goals are restricted and influence each other and with different focusing for different project.However,Put the project into production and to create economic and social benefits as planned,is always top priority target to stakeholders.Project planning management is long term work from the commence to completion of project,which involved in the preparation of project,basic design,detail engineering,procurement,sit construction,pre-commissioning and start up etc.however,it is more difficult for foreign project management due to the impacting of politic,social,economic and circumstance.After studied and based on the project management theme,take the Gabon C2M project for instance,develop the schedule for engineering ?procurement and construction by P6 software as tool and using the CPM and WBS technical method.Assume that duration fixed and resource balance to optimize the plan.In order to improve the efficient of data input and output by developing VBA program,set up the connection between P6 software and EXCEL.To analysis the variance of project execution state by using earned value method.Meanwhile,summarized the performance and problem made in C2M project.
