The naphthenic lubricating oil high pressure hydrogenation project of 400000tons/year is need to build by LH company in order to improve the economic benefit,optimize the product quality,increase the value of additional products in the process of petroleum refining,enhance the company's competitive strength in the petroleum product market,and increase the market share of Petro China's naphthenic lubricating oil products.It plans to use high-pressure and hightemperature to hydro-refining lubricating oil,and carry out the secondary processing of petroleum products,so as to upgrade the quality of lubricating oil products and reach the domestic advanced level.The basic theoretical knowledge and methods of project management are used to make a comprehensive plan and Analysis on the design,construction and period of the project.By improving the construction quality,the safety level of equipment processing after the project is put into operation and the benefit level of capital investment,controlling the construction period and investment,and standardizing the construction process,the construction of the project can be carried out orderly according to the time plan of the project.By learning from the advanced experience of Petro China refining companies in various regions and combining with the actual situation of the project in the construction process,the critical paths of the project are adjusted and optimized by formulating the project schedule.This paper takes the naphthenic lubricating oil high pressure hydrogenation project of 400000 tons/year as an example.By comparing the construction plan and the actual construction period,the factors of the construction period are summarized in the construction process,and the construction processing of this kind of project is reasonably optimized,so as to ensure the completion of the handover task on schedule,save the cost as much as possible in the construction process,and improve the construction ability of refinery enterprises in such projects.
