Research On Experimental Design Of Screen Paper Material In Texitle Products

Zeya papermaking,the ancient techniques that has been continuously used in producing handmade paper for thousands of years and nourishing generations now are facing lost crisis.From the standpoint of productivity progress,Zeya papermaking perhaps is considered an extremely obsolete production technique,however,it could also indicate our next urgent cultural event for local traditional handicrafts protection.Using protection and innovation of Zeya paper making technology as the starting point,the author expounds paper culture,paper materials,paper experiments and paper application to construct screen paper materials as backbone of this paper.Firstly,Zeya ancient paper making method is summarized based on paper culture,under which Zeya paper hills culture,screen paper making method and its current status of development has been discussed to prove the technical and cultural value contained in the Zeya paper.Secondly,combining the design case analysis of textile paper material characteristics and paper materials' experimental design methods within the context of modern design is conducted to reveal a good trend of using paper materials in the modern design and pave the way for the experimental design research on screen paper materials.In chapter of paper experiment,this paper proposes design innovation for the technology process of screen paper and carry out the experimental design of screen paper for its fiber characteristics.The feasibility of handmade screen paper in textile design is deduced through various manifestations of screen paper.Finally,the concept of combining design innovation with cultural protection and ecological protection is constructed by discussing the different design methods that could be adopted in applying screen paper materials in modern textile design practices,using clothing as an example,to illustrate that the inheritance and development of Zeya papermaking technology should be injected with new design vigor in order to continuously improve its utilization value.Based on the case of experimental design research for screen paper materials used in textile products,the author,from the perspective of a modern design professional,explores design innovation in changing people's traditional perception on paper materials,waking up the cultural consciousness,inheriting and developing the traditional arts and crafts in hope of active integration of cultural heritage that originally divorced from the times into the modern life.
