AZO films is a kind of wide band gap semiconductor materials which has good photoelectric performance.AZO is regarded as an ideal candidate to replace commercially used ITO,owing to its stable performance,low cost,non-toxic.It is extensive used in pressure sensitive components,LED display,solar cells and other fields.In this paper,AZO transparent conductive film is produced by sol-gel method and magnetron sputtering,it used as substrate for the electrode of DSSC.We studied the effect of different process conditions on the films structure,morphology and photoelectric properties.The main results:The optimal process parameters of the sol-gel method of AZO films is determined by the orthogonal experiment designs.Resistance:solution concentration 0.75 mol/L,doping concentration 3%,membrane layer 15,heat treatment temperature 500 ?;transmittance:solution concentration 0.6 mol/L,doping concentration 1%,menmbrane layer 25,heat treatment temperature 500 ?.The resistance of AZO films is decreased first and increased after with increasing solution concentration.It reaches the minimum when solution concentration concentration is 0.65 mol/L.Doping the film will improve the conductivity with a small amount of Al.When the doping amount of 2%,the resistance is minimum 2.3 X 102? · cm.Resistance of films will increase by dope much Al.The transmittance will decrease with the increasing Al doping concentration.The film resistance decrease and then increase with increasing heat treatment temperature.When its at 500 ?,the resistance is minimum is 5.9 X 102? · cm.The film transmittance increase with increasing heat treatment temperature.The main influence of AZO films performance is substrate temperature,which prepared by magnetron sputtering.The minimum resistance is 1.6 X 10-4? · cm at 200 ?.AZO fims has high transmittance,the transmittance increase with increasing temperature.The film resistance decreases with the increase of sputtering power,and the minimum resistance is 2.8 X 10-4? · cm at 250W.The film transmittance decreases with the increases of sputtering power.With the growth of the sputtering time,the film thickness increases,the light intensity of the transmitted light is gradually weakened,resulting in decreased transmittance of AZO films.Under the same conditions,the electrical properties of a flexible substrate film of PE or PET prepared are better than the rigid substrate prepared.At the same conditions.PET and PE substrate performance of thin film gets similar,but the intensity of PET substrate is better than PE substrate,it has more suitable substrate material used to make a film.The film resistance decreases obviously with sputtering time longer.PE reaches the minimum resistance of 1.5 X 10-4Q · cm with sputtering power 120 W and sputtering time 50 min.AZO films can be used as a dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC)conductive substrate.DSSC is a hot area in the field of solar cells because of the low cost.In order to improve the prepare efficiency of DSSC,this paper adopts electrostatic spraying technology make the dye coating to the working electrode,and then assemble battery,detect its photoelectric properties.Compared with the traditional immersion method,electrostatic spraying method make battery photoelectric performance improved.DSSC photoelectric conversion efficiency reached 3.26%with spraying N719 dye and spraying 40 times.This technology not only improved the efficiency of dye sensitized solar cell production,but also improved dye absorbance.
