In machinery products research field,the improvement of process technology and structural performance are still taken as the main research content,the important role of the form design is ignored in the process of the machinery products design.Through the reasonable use of the industrial design method,form design can scientifically express the process technology and structural performance of the machinery products.The mill grinding machinery products not yet have a systematic research system of form design,that is the reason why this kind of machinery products are weak in market competition.The form design and research of the vertical mill grinding machine is the main object of this paper.On the bases of the mill grinding machine's structural design,this paper mainly discusses the design method of modeling design and color design.Ergonomics analysis and eye movement analysis are used as the auxiliary parts.In order to create a systematic research system of the mill grinding machinery products' form design.The main contents of this project are summarized as follows:(1)By analyzing the development background and researches at home and abroad of the mill grinding machine,the research contents and objectives of this project design are cleared.(2)According to the mechanism and structure principle of the mill grinding machine,this paper mainly analyzes the structural components of the transmission system.And the attention points in structural design of mill grinding machine are put forward in the end.(3)This paper summarizes the factors which influence the mill grinding machine's modeling design,such as structural factors,environmental factors and operator factors.Relying on the theory of ergonomics,it generalizes the design principles of the mill grinding machine's modeling design.Combining the modeling design methods and the 3D modeling software Creo Parametric 3.0 to practice the modeling design of this project.(4)It puts forward the principles and methods of the mill grinding machine's color design.And it puts the Practical Color Co-ordinate System of Japan and orthogonal experimental design into the mill grinding machine' color design practice.Finally,it uses the rendering software KeyShot 5.0 to render the 3D modeling of this project.(5)It utilizes the ergonomics analysis module of CATIA V5 to analyze this project's configurations,in the view of the mill grinding machine's modeling rationality,operating comfort and so on.(6)In order to evaluate the form design of the mill grinding machine,it chooses to use the Dikablis eye tracker to do the eye movement experiment.The design and research of this paper is based on the theory with practice.And it explores the form design methods of the vertical mill grinding machine,for the purposes of providing the theory evidences for business.
