In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, especially the problem of air pollution,air pollution has seriously affect our healthy life,although relevant departments have implement a number of measures to control the discharge of pollutants,but so far, there has been no effective measures to prevent the spread of pollution,air pollution is still a threat to our health,monitoring and prediction of pollutant emissions is essential during the govern process.Nowadays, it is an era of Internet of things and internet,and it is a development trend of environmental protection to monitor the discharge of pollutants in real time by using probe sensors and Web network technology.The main features of the monitoring and forecasting system designed in this paper lie in: 1,the server uses Socket network programming technology to communicate with the lower computer for data reception and remote control; 2, the system through JAVA development and MySQL database for data storage,and mainly uses Ajax technology to carry on the data interaction between the front and back of Web system; 3, an improved Gauss diffusion model is put forward through the research and analysis of the model of atmospheric pollutant diffusion, which integrates the factors of wind speed, wind direction, rainfall and atmospheric stability,and the error compensation algorithm is summed up by a lot of experimental data are analyzed by the least square method; 4, the diffusion distribution map of PM2.5 is got by using the BMap technology of Baidu map and forecasting model,different concentration values of PM2.5 are identified by different color blocks;5, real-time data display, historical data management, user management, remote device management, early warning management, and PM2.5 diffusion prediction functions are realized by use of Web technology for collected data.After the completion of the establishment of the system, an experiment is carryed on in a factory of WuXi city, a total of 10 long-term monitoring stations have been set up,data were collected for more than six months between June 2016 and December 2016, the prediction model is validated by data comparison analysis,the analysis results show that the PM2.5 concentration obtained after error compensation is very close to the measured value,and the system can reasonably predict the diffusion of PM2.5 when wind speed, wind direction and the atmospheric stabilization have change,it shows that the system can monitor the pollution situation reasonably and predict the pollutant diffusion effectively in small scale.The runing results of the system show that the system can provide effective data support for the work of the environmental protection department and the health of the residents.
