The navigation environment will change in the process of channel regulation engineering,and ship oil spill accidents may happen owing to the ship collision,ship grounding and so on.Once the oil leak to river,it will cause huge damage to the water quality and water ecosystem.If there aren't any timely emergent measures after accidents,the range of the pollution will increase quickly.Because of the differences of water environmental characteristics between inland rivers and the ocean,dynamics feature of oil and counter-emergency measures are different too.At present,there are many researches on the mechanism and simulation of oil spills on the ocean at home and abroad,but there are few studies on inland rivers.In this paper,numerical simulation method is applied to simulate sudden oil spill accidents under various conditions in the course of regulation engineering and analyze the pollution degree of oil spill accidents in the target river section and the influence of wind,runoff and other factors on it.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The hydrodynamic model of Lingxia-Jiantan reach is built by MIKE 21 HD and is verified by using the measured water level and velocity data in 2017,the results of which show that the model could reflect the actual flow field of the research section.(2)Combining the hydrological meteorological data and the actual of regulation engineering,15 oil spill conditions in the river section are designed and the oil spill model is established to simulate it.The degree of pollution impact of oil spill accidents under typical conditions is predicted: the oil thickness could cause serious pollution within 1 hour and caused mild pollution at 24h;the oil area only caused slight pollution within 24 hours.(3)According to the results of oil spill simulation,the effects of runoff,wind,oil spill leakage and oil spill form on oil spill drift are analyzed and it is known that runoff and wind are the most influential factors.The larger the runoff,the greater the length of the oil film in the river channel in the same time;when the wind speed exceeds 2.4 m/s,the oil is likely to stagnate in the river bend or the river bank convex under the action of the wind.(4)Combining the oil spill simulation results with the common oil spill control and recovery technology,four emergency treatment sites,as well as its detailed oil boom layout and recovery program are designed to the Tieyepai shoal and Moyuan shoal under typical oil spill conditions.
