With China’s large modern theme park established, the roller coaster andother large amusement equipment has increasingly become the indispensableequipment in modern theme park. Due to the characteristics of high speed ride,changeful and strong stimulation,the security issues of the amusement facilitiesare increasingly becoming the focus of the public and government. Although therelevant amusement device safety codes and test procedures have beenestablished and perfected, covering manufacture, installation, and use process,having been unable to implement supervision to ride design, causing the essenceof amusement facilities have potential safety hazard. Therefore, our country hasrecently puts forward the third party reviews of the requirements to ride design.The diversity and complexity of amusement facilities, and the demand of designquality and level that can be reflected fast, comprehensively and really, makesthe computer simulation calculation based on the environment has become anecessity trend.The roller coaster design review work is mainly relied on the relevantnational standards. Based on the human security capacity,and in accordancewith the security value of acceleration G, now use virtual prototyping technologyto realize the roller coaster track modeling, the kinematics and dynamicssimulation to small carrying car and the fatigue analysis of small carrying carparts, and steel structure of the roller coaster.The research process is as follows: First, based on the relevant design and testdata of three-ring roller coaster, use SolidWorks3D software to establish entitymodel of tricyclic roller coaster, then to export space coordinate transformationformula of mathematical modeling rotating rail, combined with computergraphics.Second, conduct a kinematics and dynamics simulation to the entitymodel of the roller coaster in the SolidWorks Motion. By analyzing theinfluence that Centrifugal force of dynamic simulation process, we modify thefixed orbital model and ensure the simulation accuracy. Besides, through the simulation data and the measured data contrast, verify the credibility of thesimulation data, the feasibility of the track modeling method and the rationalityof friction coefficient setting and constraints setting in the simulation. Third, onthe basis of the national standard GB8408-2008"amusement facility safetystandard" about the relevant requirement of the allowable value roller coasteracceleration, with the method to determine the acceleration of securityevaluation criteria, it meet the requirements of the standard through thekinematics simulation, and ensure the safety of the roller coaster track curvedesign. Last, according to the dynamic simulation of income load spectrum,determined the dangerous section of the track and structure. Based onSolidWorks Simulation, completed a roller coaster track and key parts of smallcarrying car structure analysis and fatigue calculation. The result show that theoverall design of the roller coaster to meet the national standard GB8408-2008provision.Through the kinematics system and dynamics simulation of tri-cyclic rollercoaster and structure of the fatigue analysis of research and practice, it providespractical ideas and methods of the roller coaster design evaluation and safetyassessment as well as referential methods of large space complex equipmentstructure analysis.
