Energy is the basis for human survival,and our country as a great population is more reliant on it. Oil, as one of the most important energy in the world now, is attracting more and more attention worldwide. A quarter of the world's known oil resource and forty-five percent of recoverable oil on earth are buried in the seabed,so offshore oil exploitation has been paid more and more attention by the countries worldwide. However, China started late on marine industry, and autonomous exploration and development of the oil can only be carried out in shallow sea at present. If it goes to deep water, subsea control model (SCM) which is the control center of subsea oil production system should be solved at first. Once SCM dose not work under the water, however, it is inconvenient to maintain and expensive to repair. So SCM must be tested before launching to ensure that all characteristics indexes satisfy the design requirements.The subject devoted to summarizing a test plan by the research of SCM and its underwater environment, and developing a testing device. Testing device includes four parts:hydraulic station, SCM test stand, signal generator and electronic test unit.Test procedures are put forward by research on the working conditions and principle of SCM. And, basic indexes of testing device are determined by the performance and working parameters of SCM. Then, the design scheme of testing device of SCM is proposed tentatively.Each of testing device is designed. The hydraulic station part is the mainly design of hydraulic principle and determine the parameters of critical components (such as pump and accumulator), which ensuring to output stable hydraulic oil. And then, it is the design of the control system of hydraulic station, meanwhile the simulation analysis of dissipating heat of tank is achieved based on ANSYS. The main design of SCM test stand is hydraulic principle and structure design. Both of the signal generator and electronic test unit are the design of hardware constitutions and software programming.According to the requirements of shockproof and noise reduction, hydraulic system of testing device is designed with shocking absorption and noise-reduction. It is mainly designed for three aspects, namely: the vibration isolation of the pump, the noise reduction of valve body and shockproof of oil pipeline. In the design, the vibration isolation is realized by adding mass block and elastic isolation pads,the noise reduction is realized by equipping labyrinth control valve with tortuous path disc and depressurization stage number, the shockproof is achieved through adding fixed support after that computing natural frequency of pipeline by modal analysis in ANSYSAccording to test requirement,a practical measurement to SCM is carried out by combining with hydraulic station,SCM test stand,signal generator,electronic unit and high pressure water tank. It mainly includes two parts: equipment inspection before testing and testing experiment to SCM. The testing experiment to SCM includes four parts: SEM test,hydraulic system test, mechanical structure test and high pressure water tank test.
