Design Research Of Paper Machinery Movement Mechanism

This article puts forward the innovative design of toy sports products with paper as raw material.The main focus of this article is to design the toy products.The study enriches the existing types of paper products,opens a new material selection for the designers in the field of mechanical product design,and provides more design ideas for the development of paper products.This article mainly analyzes the existing sports-related paper product design and the mechanical motion principle of mechanical product design,and analyzes the possibility that paper should be used in the design of mechanical products combined with the paper processing characteristics,low price,small scalability,easy to make mechanical hinge mechanism and other characteristics.Through the analysis of the manual production process and the limitation,this article puts forward the design method of the paper machinery mechanism,demonstrates the feasibility of the paperwork of the typical organization and the development of the parameterized design system of the paper machinery movement mechanism.Design system innovation is to solve two questions: the big workload caused by handmade and low precision mechanical components.For existing paper processing hardware,this article makes a systematic analysis from ordinary hand tools to domestic and foreign machine cutting equipment,selects the home paper product design hardware equipment.According to the overall function framework of parametric design system of paper machinery movement mechanism,using CorelDraw as the secondary development platform,the development of prototype system is completed by computer design.The parameter setting of paper machinery mechanism of toy products is realized for achieving the purpose of rapid design and production,and the system has been applied to the actual program.The article also discusses the commercial value of the system,summed up the business model.This article combines paper product design,mechanical design basis and computer aided technology research and theoretical research,develops and realizes the feasibility and significance of parametric and innovative design of paper machinery products based on computer aided design technology.
