Weaving is an important part of China's traditional culture.Common weaving includes bamboo weaving,straw weaving,rattan weaving,willow weaving,brown weaving,and knotting.The weaving products referred to in this article are mainly bamboo weaving and Chinese knotting.The traditional knitting industry lacks innovation,it is difficult to separate design and production,and it is difficult to participate in the division of labor.In response to these problems,this article designs and develops a system that assists designers in knitting design-intelligent product knitting design system.The design and development of the system is completed by the universal CAD software of Rhinoceros and Coreldraw.The development language is VBA.The interface design is completed on the Coreldraw platform.The Excel software is used to record and transfer parameters to present the effect of auxiliary knitting design on the Rhino platform.The prototype system developed based on Corel Draw,Excel and Rhino cross-platform technology can realize rapid modeling of knitted products,and allow designers to efficiently cooperate with modeling software through good human-computer interaction methods,and give full play to their advantages.Based on user needs,analysis of existing products,and investigation of existing technologies,the design process of knitted products is sorted out,and an intelligent design system architecture for knitted products is planned.The functional modules of the design system are divided into two major types of product design: bamboo product design and bamboo product design.The bamboo product design module is further subdivided into: surface subdivision function,pattern 3D weaving design,circular + rectangular cross section weaving design,and material preparation.Four modules of calculation function.The functional modules of the design system are divided according to the product design process.This division can reduce the user's application learning cost,so that weaving design can be performed quickly.Analyze and regularly summarize the woven structure connection method of bamboo products and the structure of bamboo weaving patterns;further optimize the existing technologies,such as the pattern pixelation processing mechanism,the minimum pixel setting of the pattern during processing,and the pattern Set the size ratio of the woven structure to the basic woven structure of the product.Design and development of system user interface.Through the analysis and positioning of the user interface style,the user interface design and optimization are completed to provide users with a good user interface;the secondary development technology of Coreldraw VBA is used to call and control the Rhino and Excel software,and the design studied in this article is developed Function and interface of the system.Intelligent knitting design technology is a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern computer technology.It can help to complete the automatic generation of complex knitting structures,make the design more efficient and convenient,and can promote the design link to participate more deeply and effectively in the knitting product industry.Industry upgrade.The research on intelligent weaving aided design technology injects new impetus into industry innovation,and also provides new methods and new ways for the innovation of traditional crafts.
