With the acceleration of the aging of the population and the improvement of people's living standards,the rate of incidence and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction rises year after year.Currently,the pelvic patch is considered to be an effective means of treating pelvic floor dysfunction disorders.Though the demand for the pelvic patch grows quickly in China,domestic research on pelvic patch is still in its infancy and domestic market is monopolized by imported patch.And imported patch is expensive,increasing the burden on the patients.Therefore,the study on the pelvic patch in China should be taken seriously and the localization of pelvic patch has become essential.This paper is about polypropylene(PP)pelvic patch and composite patch.PP,as a biomedical material,has good biocompatibility and has been widely used in medical devices.The paper includes four parts as following:1.In cooperation with school of materials of Donghua University,PP monofilament of 0.1mm in diameter is prepared by melt spinning method.Test and analyze the diameter,surface morphology,thermal performance,thermodynamic performance and cytotoxicity of PP monofilament and imported PP monofilament of the same fineness.2.This paper analyzes warp knit structures with at most 3 guide bars and design two different warp knit structures,identify processing parameters respectively and prepare pelvic patch samples.3.This paper discusses the impacts of heat-setting time and temperature on basic parameters of PP pelvic patch,like density,thickness and porosity,and mechanical properties of PP pelvic patch,including bursting strength,breaking strength,suture pull-out strength and bending stiffness,and identifies the preferred heat-setting parameters of 130? and 15min in the end.4.Apply electrospinning technology to prepare PP/PLA composite patch.First,identify the preferred parameters of electrospinning PLA fibers,including voltage,polar distance and extrusion speed.Then use two different pelvic patches as receiving device to prepare the PP/PLA composite patch.Evaluate the binding force of PP/PLA composite patch,and test and analyze some basic performance of PLA fiber membrane,including fiber diameter,pore size,hydrophilicity,and breaking strength.This paper studies the preparation and perfonnance of PP pelvic patch,and explores the application of electrospinning technology in the preparation of pelvic composite patch.This paper's research findings provide experimental basis and evidence for developing the pelvic patch with our own intellectual property right.
