The main cause of the destruction of the ecological environment and global warming is the massive emissions of greenhouse gases such as CO2 caused by human activities.Studies have shown that in 2013,85%of the total anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions are carbon dioxide emissions.Therefore,human beings want to curb the trend of global warming,improve the status quo of the ecological environment,the primary task is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.Forest ecosystems are the most economical and efficient carbon absorbers on land,which can fix and absorb carbon dioxide,resulting in a gradual reduction in the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere,which slows down the greenhouse effect.Therefore,the study of forest carbon sink function and its economic value,is conducive to alleviate China's carbon dioxide emission reduction pressure,but also to a large extent to promote better development of forest ecological services.Based on the data of Ningxia inventory in the ninth national forest resource,this paper takes the forest carbon sequestration function and its economic value as the research object,and uses the biomass factor method and the accumulation amount method to estimate the different forest stands and different forest The carbon sequestration of Ningxia forest and the total carbon stock of Ningxia forest,and then the forest economic value of forest stand and the whole carbon sink is estimated according to the afforestation cost method.The carbon sequestration of forest and its economic value are evaluated.Finally,combined with the economic value of carbon sinks,the ecological compensation standard of forest carbon sequestration in Ningxia is estimated,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The total carbon storage of forest in Ningxia is 9.6758 million t,of which the carbon storage of arbor is 504.36 million t,accounting for 52.13%of the total carbon storage.(2)Different species(group)and different age forest stand different carbon storage.(3)Ningxia forest carbon sink economic value of 2.95 x 109 yuan,the value of forest carbon sinks 1.54 x 109 yuan.(4)The total carbon sequestration of Ningxia forest accounts for 9.5%of CO2 emissions from carbon energy,and the economic value of forest carbon sink accounts for 0.1%of regional GDP.(5)Ningxia development of forest carbon sinks should be the economic value of compensation costs 1.4 × 109 yuan.
