For the large heterogeneity and anisotropical of the coal body,the cutting process of shearer picks cutting coal is a complex random process.The shearer cuts coal depending on the picks.So the breaking performance of picks and reliability directly affect the performance and reliability of shearer.Therefore,the dynamics analysis and the reliability computation of the picks have very important significance.Firstly,the present article introduces the physical properties,mechanical properties and failure characteristics of coal,and analyzes different stages of the cutting process based on the theory.The theoretical calculation method of three resistance and three resistance during cutting process is analyzed.The main factors that affect the cutting performance include the wear of picks,cutting thickness and the angle of cutting.Secondly,the error between the three force data of picks and experimental data is compared,and the feasibility of the simulation is verified.The dynamic process of the coal cutting operation is simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software and treated with MATLAB,from which,the relationship between cutting resistance,pulling resistance,lateral force and cutting thickness and the angle of cutting is obtained.The influence of coal pressure applied on the cutting resistance is also analyzed.The spectrum of the three cutting force is analyzed with MATLAB.The characteristics of the load in the frequency domain are analyzed,and the main frequency section distribution of the load signal is obtained.It provides reference for the research and design of coal mining machine cutting teeth.Then,the simulation results are extracted to analyze the stress of the pick,from which the distribution of the stress is obtained.the mapping relation formula is obtained by considering the randomness of the pick and the coal parameters,LS-DYNA simulation and neural network fitting pick the maximum equivalent function relationship between the force and the random variables.Finally,BP neural network is used to fit the relationship between the input and output type,combined with the mean first order second moment method to calculate reliable degree and reliability sensitivity of the pick.The sensitivity of the reliability to the random variable is analyzed,and the basis for the structure optimum design of the pick is provided.
